I am a Marriage
and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensed in Indiana.
I help couples
and individuals understand the patterns of thoughts, feelings and
behaviors that keep them from having the relationships and the successes they
want. I help them mobilize
their ability to make the choices and changes that will make a real difference
in their lives.

I am a graduate
of the Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy program at Christian
Theological Seminary. I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Indiana
University – Purdue University Indianapolis. I am a Clinical Member of the
American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Professional Member of the American Group Psychotherapy Association.
I regularly serve as a volunteer therapist at the Volunteers in Medicine clinic
in Columbus, Indiana.
Most recently I
have completed extensive advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for
couples and I continue to be active in on-going supervision, peer case reviews
and consultation. This kind of on-going education and review of my work
ensures that my clients receive the best possible care that I can provide.
Prior to
returning to school to pursue a career in Marriage and Family Therapy, I worked
for more than 25 years as a clinician and manager in the health care industry.
I am in private practice with an office in Columbus, Indiana as well as an
office on the north side of Indianapolis.
