“Whatever It Takes!” A 12 Week Behavior Change Workshop for Women and Men “Whatever It Takes!,” also known as “WIT,” is an intensive 12 week behavior change workshop that is being offered for the first time in the Columbus area! WIT is intended to help participants to make clear, measurable and significant changes that they have not been able to make or maintain before. Whether you want to lose weight, start or stick with an exercise program, stop smoking, adopt a meditation practice or make any other behavioral change, WIT is a powerful tool to not just adopt new actions but to fully internalize the “new you” that you want to be. The WIT format is founded in the idea that the combination of a clear plan, powerful group support and a willingness to be held accountable to your commitment makes real change possible. Through the WIT program you will: Ø Establish clear and specific goals and action steps Ø Clarify both your motivations and your resistance Ø Receive support from, and provide support to, other group members Ø Meet weekly to examine your progress Ø Learn how you sabotage yourself Ø Learn how to boost yourself to success Ø Discover that a powerful group can accomplish what an individual cannot “Whatever It Takes” will be facilitated by John Goll, LMFT. The workshop will meet for 12 weeks on Thursdays from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at 404 Washington Street, Suite 201-2, Columbus, IN 47201. The cost for the program will be $20 per week. Participants should be open to self-exploration and be willing to hear and consider the input of others. No previous training, experience or therapy is required. Participants will be asked to commit to the confidentiality of the group. John Goll, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a member of the American Group Psychotherapy Association. Along with specializations in work with couples, and men’s issues, John has a particular interest, focus and depth of experience in working with groups and facilitating the work of people making meaningful change in their lives.
